Yoga in the Square Returns!

TORONTO - Yonge-Dundas Square (YDS) is pleased to present the return of their popular Yoga in the Square series, in association with lululemon.
Yoga in the Square is a free, weekly, community yoga session where all are welcome to center themselves in the centre of the city. Each Monday from 12pm – 1pm, YDS and lululemon transform the Square into a space of sanctuary with mats, ambassadors, and sun salutations!
Throughout the summer, a dynamic mix of lululemon ambassadors will guide these one-hour yoga sessions in Yonge-Dundas Square that encourage yogis of all ages and all levels to stretch and destress.
The lululemon ambassadors teaching at Yoga in the Square over 12 weeks are all Toronto-based and bring a diverse range of yoga styles from across the globe. They include Queenie and Jonathan Phair, Tara Good, Carmelinda Dimanno, and Charlotte Signman.
