Is it trousers? Is it a skirt? Nope, its just culottes. Despite being a comfortable and friendlier version of the skinny jeans, not many women in Singapore are wearing them. This is one versatile piece! Wear it to the office or for a summer-themed wedding. You could even add a 1920s twist to it and add it to your repetoire of beach outfits!
