Athens, 24/3/2014 - The International Fashion Week of Athens, Greece, Athens Xclusive Designers Week, presents the new trends of fashion for the 15th time, for the Autumn/Winter period 2014-2015, from 29th of March until 1st of April at Ethniki Asfalistiki Conference Center on Syggrou Avenue.
30 Greek and international fashion designers will present their new creations on the biggest catwalk in town.
15th AXDW has the honor to greet for the first time the most romantic fashion house of Paris, Cacharel, that will present its new collection “Autumn Dance”! It should be noted that the particular collection has not been shown anywhere else in the world and its first official presentation will happen at the 15th AXDW, with the highlight of a special dance that will be presented by Belvedere Vodka at the beginning of the show.
Legendary designer Loukia, the undisputed grand dame of Greek fashion, 'opens' the Fashion Week presenting the collection «The Dark Side of Lovely». A subversive collection for young girls: mixing the dark shades with light colors and woolen items and Blankets confused with lace, giving a unique effect not only within the strict 'rules' of couture, but combining it with a free imaginative that influence all the arts.

The Spanish designer Patricia Adam comes to Greece for the first time to present her work. Winner of Peronda Ceramicas award for the best collection of Valencia Fashion Week Zone D and having participated several times in the Valencia Fashion Week, will present her collection A / W 2014-2015 "Foxhunt". The collections by Valencian designer are characterized knitted garments, organic lines and harmony of color pallets.
Athina Korda shows in AXDW the "Lost In a Moment", a collection inspired by a Berliner show. Moments of colors like Bordeaux , Blue , the Grey and Black, meet the Fur and Leather, timeless materials, ' Lost ' in time .
The designer Andreea Tincu from Romania, presents her personal collection and the collection of evening dresses designed for the brand SenseLimitedEdition, which debuts in Greece in the 15th AXDW.
The SOMF, known for its signature tattoo leggings, their laser cut details and symbolism of the prints, present for the first time the collection for Winter 14/15 Pathetic: Day-to-night suits, precious embroidery and performances inspired by the heavy metal aesthetic of the 90s, combined with dreamy materials and a generous dose of girlish innocence and scherzo.

AXDW, strategically chooses to cooperate with Greek designers operating abroad and this time has the pleasure of welcoming Angelos Bratis, a designer who now lives and works in Milan, has been able to present his collections in major fashion weeks in the world: New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome and Milan!
The renowned Greek designer Makis Tselios, promises to amaze us as he presents his fall collection of Collection Atelier 2014 -2015!
The Toni & Guy Greece Hair Meet Wardrobe, the official hair sponsor of AXDW, marches along with Mystyleforecast.com on the glittering avenue of style and presents the trends of fashion and hair styling for 2014. Konstantinos Mitrovgenis stands out for modular designs and quirky themes of his collections. The collection for next winter is influenced by origami.
The Atelier Nene High Fashion of the design duet, Panagiota Nene and Stella Milonaki, with over twenty years experience in the area of fashion, with core value for each woman to discover her feminine side and the particular aesthetic, to dare , to dream, to be moved, live the journey.
Panos Apergis presents his new collection with the main feature digital prints in strong colors on white canvases that capture’s the freedom and joyful side of winter.
The institution of New Designers Awards takes place for the 15th time and 12 new talents are judged by a prestigious jury composed of personalities of fashion and significant rewards. Shortly before the award ceremony, the winner of the Best New Designer of the previous season, LKC by Loukia Kyriakou and 180Degrees, winner of Best Trendsetter of 14th AXDW, will present their new collections.
The designers who will compete in the NDA are: Stavrianna Georgiadi, Nella Ioannou, Sinister, Leon by Ilias Wia, Nikolaos Tsironis, King & Queen, Sandy Antoniou, TwoAs, Ellen S. & F. Erotokritos, Blondie.e, Anastasia Dosi, Storydrops by Electra Vasileiou.

3 important prizes for the winners of the New Designers Awards:
- Best New Designer, where the winner will prepare a capsule collection based on his/hers creations for the Underground label, which will be sold at Underground boutiques and on the labels online shop, though it will be sampled and in other Greek boutiques and abroad. In the promotion set of the capsule collection of the winner, the prize also holds a professional fashion photo shoot with one of the top Greek professionals, that the label Underground also work with.
- Best Trendsetter, where the winner will take up the fashion decoration of an xclusive window with Η&Μ Summer Looks, in the two flagship stores of Η&Μ – in Athens (54 Ermou street) and in Salonica (20 Tsimiski street. The windows will be presented in ELLE magazine, contributing to their awareness in the fashion world.
- Best Catwalk, where the winner wins the participation in the summer intensive by FashionWorkshop by Vicky Kaya powered by DEUX HOMMES, whose duration lasts for three weeks

The hair styles for the four day fashion shows of AXDW will be done with products of the British fashion lover brand Toni & Guy, which are loved by millions of women for the irresistible style and the unique tone that it gives to their every appearance! Diamantopoulos school of hairdressing will compose the team for hair styling as they do every season, with head Vasilis Diamantopoulos.

For the duration of the 15th AXDW, the visitors will have the choice to meet the beneficial properties of a drinkable miracle, of the top drinkable collagen, Collagen Pro-Active, that is both for beauty and health!
For all of the days of the event the Fashion Design Project will be conducted, the open design competition for the public, which gives the opportunity for a design talent that will be voted on by the public via Facebook to participate in the next New Designers Awards.
The visitor of fashion week will be able to visit the showroom of unique MIGATO and discover new collections of footwear of the famous brand, and the showroom Alexia Fashion with creations by Greek designers, who will be at the venue of the event for all of the four days.
For the whole duration of the event, the dynamic DJ sets from the radio station Athens Deejay 95.2 will be giving the music rhythm to the big «celebration» of fashion!
