Lisbon Fashion Week - Day 2

LISBON, PORTUGAL - Second day of Lisbon Fashion Week brought a lot of exciting shows and an opportunity to get familiar with the upcoming trends in Portuguese fashion.
Spring/Summer 2014 collection presented by Dino Alves was a pleasant surprise. The Lisbon-based designer showed very creative and consistent looks featuring asymmetric cuts, geometric silhouettes, and edgy accessories.
The colour palette ranged from white, grey, beige and lavender to bolder colours such as turquoise and bright red. What we really liked about this collection was the combination of plain fabrics with distinctive check patterns and effortless playing with colours. Our favourite items included silver shorts (pictured below) and a long dress in a shade of light blue-grey with flattering red details down the front.
