Second part of our Trend Report presenting the most popular colours for Autumn/Winter 2013. This time we selected different catwalk looks to show you how to wear gold.

Gold colour could be seen in many Fall collections - from New York to Cape Town - adding rich texture to classic designs like A-line dresses, pencil skirts, and tailored trousers. It was often mixed with black, purple, and cobalt blue. Being a very distinctive and eye-catching colour itself, gold doesn't need a lot of accessories. If you are wearing a statement piece in gold, try to keep the rest of your outfit simple.

DID YOU KNOW?

Gold is a colour of success, achievement and triumph. Associated with abundance and prosperity, luxury and quality, prestige and sophistication, value and elegance, the psychology of the colour gold implies affluence, material wealth and extravagance. Gold is the colour of the winner - first place medals are always in gold. (Source: Color Psychology)
