WET SPA JOURNEY
I start my session at K Spa in a glass paneled Hydrotherapy Pool which features warm bubbling water and a ceiling adorned with twinkling lights. Lying comfortably on a special bed inside the pool, I close my eyes and allow the water to take the tension away from my body.

Wet Spa is a great place to relax and unwind before the treatment. The area is well-designed and allows the guests to use a wide range of facilities such as the Scandinavian Sauna and Steam, elegant foot baths, and London’s first Snow Paradise (developed by German Spa specialists Klaffs).

45 MINUTES LATER
Wearing a white spa robe and stylish flip-flops, I enter the K Spa reception where, after a warm welcome, I am offered a delicious herbal tea and a comfortable armchair to wait for my therapist. The ambience is really relaxing and for a short while you can actually forget that you are still in the heart of London.

TREATMENT TIME
K-Cleanse is a perfect combination of a gentle exfoliation and a relaxing massage. It is designed to deep cleanse, soften, hydrate and refresh your skin. The therapist uses a special glass cup which - together with slow lymphatic drainage movements - helps not only to detoxify the body, but also to improve blood circulation. The whole session lasts for 85 minutes.

This must-have treatment uses extracts of minerals and precious stones (Amethyst, Sapphire and Ruby) to energize, tone and balance the skin. It also has an anti-cellulite effect.
The session ends with a face treatment: a deep cleanse and tone, exfoliation and a wonderful face massage which gives my skin a plump and radiant look. A detoxifying drink in a RelaKs Zone - a special after-treatment area with comfortable beds, dimmed lights, relaxing music and lots of fashion magazines - is a pleasant surprise.
I leave the K Spa feeling physically and mentally refreshed with a strong resolution to come back again.

areas such as Notting Hill, Portobello Road and Kensington are easily accessible by Tube.
