Lisbon, the charming capital of Portugal, retains a warm and relaxed atmosphere. During my recent stay in this cosmopolitan city, I had a chance to explore its old part and take some pictures to show its unique and eclectic style. According to Lonely Planet guide "the real delights of discovery lie in wandering the narrow lanes of Lisbon’s lovely backstreets." I couldn't agree more!
In the hilltop district of Bairro Alto, you can find not only dozens of bars and restaurants, but also trendy shops and designer boutiques. Don't miss a place called Lost In (Rua D.Pedro V, 56) - a perfect hideaway with a spacious terrace offering amazing views of downtown Lisbon and St. George's Castle.
