London, UK - Lacoste will open a 7500 square foot flagship store this Thursday, 7th June, in a fashionable Knightsbridge. It will be the lifestyle brand’s 21st UK store and its seventh in London. A key feature will be Lacoste Lab, a limited collection of sporting items.
The store has been designed by architects designLSM, who have worked for Lacoste for the past eight years. The look will be contemporary, sleek and urban, with white fixtures and display units contrasting the colourful product assortment and huge LED screens.
Richard Potzesny, Retail Director, Lacoste UK commented: “This is an incredibly exciting project for Lacoste UK and having worked with designLSM on previous concepts we didn’t hesitate in using them to implement this large-scale scheme. We are confident they will creatively fulfill our brief, resulting in a professional, contemporary finish.”

Its in-store range will include mainline men and women collections, as well as the new contemporary L!VE collection. Leather goods, eyewear, watches, footwear, and childrenswear will also be part of their broad offer.
The store will occupy three floors of prime retail space (previously a French Connection outlet), on the corner of Brompton Road and Knightsbridge Green. It will be the biggest Lacoste flagship store in the world, as in New York Lacoste has 4800 square feet, and on the Champs-Elysées in Paris - only 3800 square feet.
