London, UK - Graduate Fashion Week ended two days ago with the final catwalk show and impressive Gala Awards. This years winner, Chloe Jones of Bath Spa University, won the highly prestigious George Gold Award and walked away with £20,000. Award presenters on the night included Daphne Guinness, Daisy Lowe and Matthew Williamson.
The student showcase that gave British stars such as Christoper Bailey and Stella McCartney their first chance to shine, proved that British fashion has a big future ahead.

GFW Exhibition
The exhibition that accompanied four days of exciting fashion events was equally interesting. This year more than 1,000 students from 42 universities were taking part, exhibiting their work to buyers, designers and the general fashion-curious public. There was a chance to get familiar not only with the most prestigious UK and international fashion programs, but also view some innovative, edgy designs.
