ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Fran Arias is a Spanish photographer born in 1979 in Avilés (Asturias). He is a grandson of the painter Marcelino Menéndez. Semi-blind in one eye, a circumstance that provides a unique talent in selecting subjects and framing them (clearly visible in the works). His recent work concentrate more on the artistic part of photography and on the creation and transmission of moods, visions and feelings. Jose is a co-author of a book “Palabras de Myanmar” and a 3rd prize winner in the national photography competition organized by UGT-MCA.________________________________________________________________________________
