CELEBRATION TIME

By Eva Fydrych

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

This month Fashion Studio is celebrating 6 months. Our story began on January 9, 2011 in New York City...

From the humble beginnings, Fashion Studio managed to establish regular readership and make its permanent place on the Toronto fashion scene. We covered the most important beauty & fashion events in the industry in the first half of the year: LG Fashion Week, TNT's 20th Anniversary, Italian Fashion Week - to name just a few. We were invited to some stylish parties like Dress To Kill Magazine spring launch party, YYZ Living Magazine or the opening night of Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition in Montreal.

Our time was constantly divided between working on the website content, meeting people and covering all the recent events. We had a privilege to get to know many talented designers, stylists, boutique owners and a few celebrities.

Fashion Studio has brought you the latest news from New York and other fashion capitals, exclusive interviews with models, photographers and fashion designers, catwalk photos, latest trends and street fashion from Italy, France, China, India, US and Canada.

It has been an exciting journey so far...

Thank you to all our supporters, we hope to bring you even more interesting content in the future. Stay tuned - it's just the beginning!
